One of the issues older subdivisions experience are failing or leaking water lines from the meter to the home. This was my situation. After being notified by my water utility of “continuous water flow” I had the problem diagnosed. All the plumbing connections in the house were secure, but a leak existed in the water line to the house. A1 sent Kris Samborsky and his Son. They quickly identified the most cost effective way, to run a new water line, and had the work done in two days. Downtime was reduced, cost was reasonable, and the work impeccable. Iʼm impressed!

Chris was able to get to my HVAC service needs quickly, adjusting the schedule to fit me in the next day as I was leaving town. Then he came the next day after I left town to fix an issue with ice maker supply line. Extremely appreciated his service oriented approach and telephone call follow up. While it took much longer than expected for A1 to get the HVACs I wanted, once they got them all things went fine. Jerrod is knowledgeable, his install team worked hard and well together sticking to their task at hand. The new HVACs work beautifully, they are quiet and Jerrod set the thermostat timing perfect or me. I would recommend A1 highly, they arrived on time, were friendly, worked efficiently and quietly and were skilled to do the job correctly and cleaned up after themselves.

The service man was amazing, polite, friendly, and most of all he knew exactly what he was talking about. He not only cleaned the floor be underneath the refrigerator, but he repaired the hole that was in the little tubing that carried the water. I would definitely recommend A1 plumbing.
